Garry Ringrose Bio

Born 26 January 1995, Garry Ringrose has represented Leinster for the entirety of his domestic career. During this time, he’s made more than 100 appearances for the Irish province.

The highlight of his career arguably came in the 2020 Pro14 final, when he captained Leinster as they defeated rivals Ulster 27-5. In doing so, not only did Leinster win the Pro 14 title, but they also went undefeated for the entire domestic season.

To date, Garry Ringrose has enjoyed a stellar domestic career with Leinster, capturing four Pro 14 titles and a European Rugby Champions Cup

Garry Ringrose caught the attention of Ireland scouts at a young age and he represented Ireland U20 before he made his Leinster debut. In fact, in 2014, he was shortlisted for World Rugby Junior Player of the Year.

He then made his full debut for Ireland in 2016. Since, he’s become an integral member of the side and has won three Six Nations Championships, including two Grand Slams. Thanks to his form for Leinster and Ireland, he was named in the British and Irish Lions squad for the team’s tour of Australia in 2025.

With many years of elite rugby ahead of him, we can’t wait to see what the future holds for Garry Ringrose.
