They did but they missed a couple of important kicks and fell for the old Crusader trick of Red Zone cynical defense. The ref was a greenhorn who allowed mayhem at the breakdown, continually coaching the Crusaders but never penalizing them. Doubt the Highlanders coaching team will be enthused about the ref’s performance.
